Important Hotel Information
- All Walt Disney World® Resort hotels are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
- Disney's Magical Express Service is another benefit to staying at an on-site Disney Resort hotel. Buses take guests from the Orlando International Airport to the Disney Resort hotel, while the bags are transported and taken straight to the hotel room. When the vacation is over, guests and the bags are transported from the Disney Resort hotel back to the airport. To book the complimentary Disney's Magical Express Service, visit www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/. You may be subject to the airline's checked bag fees policy. Check with the airline you have booked for information on pre-paying checked bag fees to save money.
- Staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel gives you even more chances to experience the magic with Extra Magic Hours. Each day one of the Disney Theme Parks opens an hour early or stays open up to three hours after regular Park closing, so Disney Resort guests can enjoy easy access to select attractions - even the most popular ones!

We decided to come to Disney at the last minute and thought the room would be fine due to the beautiful pictures on the marketing brochure. The room is equivalent to a Motel 6 and I defiantly did not feel this was the "Disney Experience" I was looking for. My room was old, the bed spread did not appear to be clean, and I did not feel the room in general was clean. The towels and sheets are low quality and we could hear our neighbors through the walls. The refrigerator was difficult to find and old and beat up. We arrived in the room and there were hairs in the bathtub. It rained the night we arrived and departed and had to walk 1/4 mile in the rain with our luggage. My husband purchased a Reese's candy bar out the of vending machine that was spoiled and the hotel did not want to refund his $* at first (they had to call the manager to check if it would be possible). The hotel is slowly grasping food restrictions but still not great. I am vegetarian and found it difficult to find appropriate protein.

The hotel had all of the needed amenities. This was definitely a value. The rooms were nice, there were food facilities, although no sit down service, only cafeteria style. Definitely accomodating to kids. Only complaint was that the towels were so thin you could almost read through them. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable. Didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, so I had read reviews that the rooms were small, but we felt that they were very ample. If returning, we would consider staying there again.
