My daughter took me here for a great weekend getaway. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant. However, once I entered into the room it was great! but once I went to check everything out, then it hit me. The bathroom was NOT CLEAN PROPERLY.... the television was not working, and the room was inadequate, this room just did not have the effect of cleaness as you were shown on the photos..... OK, they were nice enough to change my room..... Once we arrived to the new room, there was only one bathrobe, and even then the room was once again NOT VERY CLEAN.... I dont know but the bathroom was not clean, and after being tired from the travel, we just decided what the hell, we can tought it out for two nignts... however, when room service were there after we left, we returned to find that there were not face towels, they had all been taken away, with not ONE NEW ONE RETURNED.... for the price of what my daughter paid, Im sure we will NEVER NEVER stay there again... Its just one big JOKE..... beware, the building and the pictures are very delicious, but the service in general is a disaster!!!!

Good stuff: fairly courteous front desk; comfortable mattress. Bad stuff: rude valet & bellhop (latter is an anachronism anyway); uncomfortable pillows; cramped sink area; stale smell; worn carpet; missing shower cap, inadequate towels on 1st day; coffee not replenished on the next day; shuttle never on schedule; l-o-o-o-o-n-g walk from 1 set of 4 elevators. BTW, housekeeping hesitated to leave (hung around for a tip?) after bringing the missing packet of coffee supplies.

Not too bad. Parking wasn't very convenient - the lot was far away from the lobby and up a pretty good size hill. The "Outback" restaurant left a lot to be desired, even with a 20% off coupon. Hotel is convenient to Downtown Disney.

Over all it was OK, but I would not stay there again. Bus services was not very good. Sometimes it would take 30-45 minutes for the bus to come and most of the times we had to stand up. The dining was terrible, there was just one cafe that had a long line in the mornings for breakfast. They also charge us for resort fee that I still don't have any idea what was included in that resort fee that we had been charged.
